NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

Each cottage provides accommodation for up to 4 adults and two children. Holidays are strictly limited to this number. Cot facilities are available by request

CARE OF PROPERTY

Visitors are obliged to take care of the property and leave it as found. Any damages or breakages should be reported and not left to be found later. Fair wear and tear occurs and we would rather be informed as early as possible.

THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE TARIFF

The holiday cottage tariff applies to family and friends. By arrangement we do offer shooting breaks to teams of guns. In such cases a different tariff applies. This will depend upon shooting requirements and availability. For example a weeks rough shooting with decoying clays etc for 4 guns or a winter break with pheasant shooting for up to 8 guns. If you intend making up a shooting party (max 4 guns per cottage) please contact the owner to establish availability and inclusive price per gun

DOGS

Well behaved dogs are welcome for a charge of £10 per dog per week. Owners must bring dog beds and throws to cover the furniture downstairs. Dogs are not allowed upstairs. The tiled kitchen area can be shut off from the rest of the cottage by gate and dog beds should be placed under the breakfast bar. Dogs should be exercised in the fields or woods and any fouling on the lawned areas should be avoided. Please remember that this is a sheep farm and dog control is important in fields containing sheep.
